Plan Review
Plan sponsors face considerable financial and fiduciary exposure as a result of government regulations. Atéssa has developed a unique, two-phased program that provides clients with the opportunity to determine potential areas of non-compliance before implementing costly reviews.
During the initial Analysis Phase, we determine whether retirement programs comply with the plan document and government regulations and alert clients about potential problems. If necessary, we implement the Targeted Review Phase, focusing on areas of concern. We then assist in correcting plan deficiencies and guide clients through the many alternative relief programs offered by the government.
Provider Search
As an independent firm, Atéssa is able to provide clients with an objective, comparative analysis of employee benefits providers. We assist with the preparation of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and the search for qualified candidates. Our involvement minimizes the amount of time clients would have to devote to the process and provides the support to ensure that the best choice is made in meeting a company's particular needs.
