Karen Matingou joined Atéssa Benefits, Inc. as President in 2008 after two years of service on Atéssa’s Advisory Board. Now President and Chief Executive Officer, Karen works closely with Atéssa’s leadership team to set strategy and foster a culture of innovation and client service. She accomplishes this through an ISO-like procedure of assessment, helping plan sponsors to understand how well their organization is managing investment fiduciary practices relative to a Global Fiduciary Standard of Excellence, identify ways to improve the decision-making process of their organization, and uncover deficiencies and develop solutions to remedy them.
